Inquiring About Fall Prevention Class
[ Sunday February 23rd 2020 at 9:23 pm ]

This morning I almost fell a total of 3 times. My right hip has never recovered from being replaced. It went stiff and nearly impossible to use while I was trying to take a few steps. I've reached out to the health care facility administrator to ask if they have a fall prevention class in March 2020. I officially become a patient at this facility on March 26th 2020. The need to avoid a fall might be able to expedite this.

The down side to this is I physically can't handle additional appointments right now. The only viable way for me to attend a fall prevention class is with hiring some practical effort. My life right now is so close to imploding. I can't give away the time without replacing it some how.

I am trying to get my life on track. It is going to be hard work to get through everything that needs to happen. I have a plan. I made myself a "to do" list to focus my efforts and help me think through "most important" to "least important" tasks. I am hoping I am able to get through this sooner than later. I'm all in to help myself and remain hopeful.
