A Compromise With My Water Filter Installation
[ Sunday February 23rd 2020 at 9:45 pm ]

I've now connected my water filter with a cold water supply line. The filter responsible for reducing order and a foul taste is leaking. It was suppose to be sealed at the time of manufacturing. There is no adjustment the end user is able to make. The business I purchased the filter from is sending me a replacement under warranty.

I was thinking about this through the afternoon and into the evening. I am going to eventually need another set of filters. It is going to be several months before this happens. As an act of good faith I offered a compromise to the seller: I've purchased a replacement set of filters. By doing so I'm picking up the cost of shipping. In turn the seller is including the warranty replacement in this package.

I find it is best to work with people. Their customer service has been truly amazing. They have responded to numerous logistical pre sale questions I had. The messages I've had while making the purchase were responded in the evening. It is obvious for this particular seller it is more than a business. It is a lifestyle. They are striving for excellent customer service.
