Honeywell Is Recommending A Warranty Replacement of My T6 Pro Thermostat

My Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat began malfunctioning on November 6th 2019. I reached out to Honeywell for assistance. Their technical support team has been wonderful to me. After completing the trouble shooting steps it appears the thermostat became defective. They are recommending it to be replaced. I need to follow up with the company I purchased the furnace from.
I am glad this is being addressed. I have been relying on the WiFi function and the app to change the temperature. Physically going to the thermostat to change the temperature causes me moderate pain in my hips and knees. I can't take the pain this creates. The wifi thermostat amounts to a better quality of life. I am expecting to receive the replacement within a week. It is a load off my mind that this is being taken care of.
