Delivery Of Pantry Shelves

I don't have pantry storage in my kitchen. There just isn't enough cupboard space. I ordered a set of shelves shelves commonly seen on Food Network kitchens. They have just been delivered. I am really happy about this. These shelves will give me about 24 square feet of storage for my ingredients.
Their function will be for cooking and freezing about 2 months worth of meals at a time in advance. This gives the physical space I need to sort and display the ingredients as I work towards my new bulk cooking plan. I am very hopeful of this working well for me. I need to do something differently. I think this is part of my new 'mix'.
