I've E-mailed The Physiotherapy Clinic Administrative Assistance

I've just e-mailed the physiotherapy clinic administrative assistant. I want to be seen by the physiotherapist as soon as possible / practical. When I am up for the day I will write a letter to the physiotherapist and fax it. Then the physiotherapist will be able to have time to think before seeing me. After nearly being discharged on January 6th 2017 I want to detail all my thoughts so the physiotherapist knows where I am at and my future plans.
