Holes Are Dug For My Weather Station Guy Wire Anchors

A friend has been over helping me today. He has just finished digging the 4 holes for the guy wire anchors. Even with the use of a post auger this was very difficult. Even with adding some water various rocks and clay soil made this difficult for him to dig. The use of a clam shovel was needed. What matters is the 4 holes are now dug below the frost line. On Monday we'll be doing the cement. It has truly wonderful to have made big progress today in the setting up of my weather station. I am so happy.
