Left A Follow Up Phone Message With My Surgeon's Administrative Assistant

On June 4th I sent an e-mail to my surgeons administrative assistant when I received the results of my MRI imaging. I requested the follow up appointment with the surgeon to arrange the pair of surgeries my knees require. I haven't had a response yet. I am not overly concerned about this. They clearly have a well oiled system. I highly doubt the delay is random. I've left a phone message reminding that I am waiting to hear what my appointment time is and requested that I be the last patient so I may have a conversation and share some of my medical history so the surgeon understands the planning and decision making I am wanting incorporated into planning for my knee surgeries and specifically to ensure I receive the correct type of knee surgery.
