Wheelchair Accessible Mobility Around Construction

My inquiry has been responded to. The funding is only for those with a mental health ailment. The agency I contacted has used such politically correct terminology describing their target audience to such an extent that this wasn't clear to me.
The other approach to this is if I am able to get to the point where I am self employed with my online efforts and have the financial means to pay for help. This is my preferred approach. I have no qualms over paying for my help regardless if there is a program in existence which would cover the bill. I am left to see how the next year of my life develops.
