Routine Dental Cleaning

I've been to the dentist today. It was a for a routine cleaning. They didn't find any new cavities.
The cavity I had filled on June 15th 2016 is fine. The other two spots on my teeth which are expected to become cavities haven't progressed.
During the past few weeks I've experienced a lot of pain and stiffness in my knee joints. Being in pain has used up so much of my energy. I haven't as faithful cleaning my teeth as I normally am. I need to buy a stool so I may sit at the sink to brush my teeth to regain the consistency with brushing.
