Responding To Criticism From Someone Who Doesn't Understand What Your Life Is Actually Like

An elderly customer made a very critical remark of me while I was out shopping with my dad. When my dad paid for a loaf of bread she commented critically of me that I was still relying on my dad for support. What she didn't acknowledge or realize is the marathon each day is on account of my chronic pain and physical disability. I've made this video to support those who are enduring a long term physical disability. I also want to suggest you consider sharing it with your friends as a tool to explain your life and function in day to day life.
