Drying Spray Painted Metal With A Heat Gun

I am beginning to restore my 5 year old power wheelchair. Part of this is addressing the rust which has formed over 5 years. It is the same idea as a vehicle getting rust. I live in Canada. I've made this video about spray painting a metal component which had started to rust. I am doing this at the same time I am replacing stem bearings. It isn't that I am able to do all of this myself. I've received some help to facilitate this specific maintenance. There are people in the town where I live who see me trying my utmost to live my life. They are inspired to help support me. I will ask for what help I need. I am motivated to live my life to the fullest possible.
