- Consider your needs when booking health care appointments. Book your appointments when you will be at your best (such as late morning or early afternoon). When you are feeling your best it will be easier to express your symptoms and help you remain focused on the real issues at hand and not the frustration or fatigue pain causes. This is to help you get the best help available while articulating your needs and being better understood by your health care team.
