Ordered A Sleeping Face Mask

It is so important to have quality rest. When you live with chronic pain a good nights sleep is so important. Otherwise the pain cycle takes on a life of it's own. I need utter complete darkness to sleep and moreover have good quality rest.
I have the materials purchased for black out curtains. I haven't had the time to do the sewing yet. I've had even higher priority items (like the hot water tank installation and replacing the sump pump so my basement doesn't flood). I still need to get the battery backup sump pump setup. I have a few other goals that are also high priority.
For the short term I've ordered a sleeping mask. It is an intermediate step to keep my health at the best possible. Ultimately when you live when chronic pain life becomes marathon focused instead of a sprint. Finding solutions for managing my needs is a journey. I rather enjoy the brain storming involved in this.
