Ordered Valve To Drain My Hot Water Tank Each Month

The manual for my hot water tank talks about a monthly purge to remove sentiment. This is to maximize the water heater performing at it's best. It isn't plausible for me to physically do this myself. I've found a solution that works. I've ordered a servo valve. This is a valve that will screw onto the drain valve of my water heater electric. I will be able to turn it on in a local that is easily accessible for me and won't cause pain in my body. I am pleased with this. I am trying to what I have control over to help myself. When installed this will be one less task I rely on others for.
