Landscape Contractor Neighbor Agrees To Grade My Yard

I've had a neighbor over. He is a landscape contractor. My backyard has flooded following freezing rain acting as a tarp and then snow melting. Water flooded into my shed. The water is also draining into my basement. My sump pump is running a lot right now. I've talked over grading my yard to prevent a recurrence. I am so glad I haven't yet spent the money on the building materials to make the shed on my property usable year round. The flooding would have wrecked about $4,000 worth of building materials.
