Next Inheritance Installment Has Arrived At The Local Bank Branch For Me

My next inheritance installment has arrived at the local bank branch where I've had my recent series of financial planning meetings. When this was arranged at the start of 2018 it would have been helpful to me. I had planned to apply much of this to my mortgage. But the paper work to process this (along with the other components of my dad's estate) has delayed this until recent. We are in a series of days week long adverse weather. I am having this mailed to my home.
- These funds represent the financial means for the shed to office renovation to occur. This is an essential component for my plans of self employment to be successful.
- I am also seriously considering a backup home generator. This is the style of generator that that automatically activated about 6 seconds after a power failure. This would prevent costly repairs if a prolonged power outage occurred in my community. This would protect from frozen pipes bursting, food in the refrigerator and freezer not spoiling and the sump pump in my basement operating so the basement doesn't flood and wreck my furnace.
