Request For Compassionate Computer Programming License Fee

I've been using an integrated development environment for my web site programming. I am needing an upgraded license. I've just finished writing a letter to ask for compassionate pricing, explaining the circumstances of my life and how I give back.
I've not broke even since November 2017. The disability pensions I receive aren't keeping up with the actual cost of inflation and cost of living. The inheritance money is underwriting my cost of living. Then I am using some of the inheritance money as seed money so I can build a viable system to work from home.
While working on this I regularly stop what I am doing to support others. I am happy to give back to the community where I live. This is very important to me. I am working to figure out the right balance as I realistically evaluate what I am capable of. I need to know my limits if I am going to find success.
