Registered For My New Health Card

I've just completed the paper work to register for my new health card. I was there a few months ago. At that time I was given a flyer explaining their requirements and a form to complete. Before I left my home I had gathered up the documents required and completed their form. This was a smooth process. The reception desk staff were surprised that someone had listened to their directions. While I was with the clerk I found out my health care coverage was actually cancelled. It is sorted out now. I am glad I've got this taken care of. I heavily rely on Ontario's health care. I want to send the clerk who helped me a "thank you" card later this week. She was really pleasant.
