A Load Of Groceries

I am having a properly horrible time with my hips, knees and spine. I need to make sure I am able to properly take care of myself and rest as needed. The effect this is having on my sleep and day to day activities is a real struggle right now.
I go out of my way to eat well. I want to give myself the best possible quality of life for what I have control over. I've just brought home a load of essential frozen groceries. Combined with the non perishable groceries from a few days ago I am set for the next few weeks.
