I experience a bit of skin break down in my groin and bum on account of using a wheelchair. Sweat builds up and the skin doesn't dry the same as when you have normal mobility. This is something I have to stay on top of. We've found 2% Fucidin Ointment works very well in managing this. The next tube of this has been delivered.
