My Sewing Machine Is Being Replaced Under Warranty
[ Monday December 3rd 2018 at 2:03 pm ]

Today is turning into an eventful day. The letter I wrote to get to the bottom of my new sewing machine motor issue has now been responded to by a manager!

I had asked if a replacement motor could be shipped to me and I arrange and receive a credit equal to the cost of exchanging the motor locally. I figure I could use the credit with the consumables for maintaining my color lazer printer.

This is opposed to transporting myself and the sewing machine to a regional repair center 75 minutes from my home. I am having so many challenges with my hip and knee joints. I just don't have the stamina for this while trying to complete what is already in progress. This isn't to mention how addressing the sewing machine issue would require a few days to recover. I just can't give up the time right now. I am maxed out in what I am about to reasonable accomplish.

Brother Canada has truly surprised me. They simply want to exchange the sewing machine. I am truly surprised. It will make my life easier. It is obvious they understood the physical challenges I summarized. I am really grateful. The blackout curtains are going to be so helpful. Better quality sleep is one of the interventions for those who suffer with chronic pain. Additionally Brother Canada has sent me a waybill label. I don't have to pay for shipping. I am glad to be taken care of. I am really grateful.
