Surgeon Who Replaced My Hips Is Open To A Letter

Friday afternoon I left a phone message for the surgeon who replaced my hip joints administrative assistant. I want to know if the surgeon would be open to a letter from me on account of making no lasting progress with my hip joints and the severely deteriorated state of my knee joints. I want to be able to systematically summarize the unsuccessful conservative treatment of my knee joints.
I've received a positive reply. The letter I've proposed to write is welcome. I hope to write out the attempts at treatment --- all of which have proven to be unsuccessful. Then I will need to finish the letter with what I'd like to happen. I am pleased with this. I am given the opportunity to organize my thoughts in a logical systematic method.
