Ordered A Set Of Supplies For My Robot Vacuum

I am so pleased with the decision to buy a robot vacuum. Besides not being able to physically do the cleaning I've been really impressed with how well my robot vacuum does in keeping the floor clean. The problem I've had for several years with my wheelchair tracking in sand, grit, dirt and sald has suddenly been resolved.

It's obvious I need to keep this plan going. It is rare that I find a plan that works. There are only 2 scenerios I can think of that would disrupt this. The first is when the consumable components of my robot vacuum need replacement. The other will be when the robot vacuum needs replacement.

I've ordered a set of supplies to have on hand. I've got a few coming from within Canada to manage in the short term (including a replacement battery). The brushes and filter are available for sale from an Asian country. They cost of buying direct is about 10% of the price here in Canada. Certainly to live within my means this is necessary.

I've worked out a cost per month that will result in the financial means of buying the consumes while saving up money for when a replacement is necessary. The down side of this is not financially supporting the company that made the robot vacuum. I am mindful they continue to program and release software updates. In a business sense they must rely on some of this income for the continued development of the software that runs the robot vacuum. I feel a bit bad about this. However the money isn't there to spend on this.
