Response From The Hospital

Two weeks ago I left a phone message for my surgeon's administrative assistant. I didn't receive a reply. This is extremely unusual. I've deal with this surgeon's administrative assistant many times during my treatment. She always promptly returns calls. I am sure something has happened.
I've reached out to my local hospital for help getting in touch with her. The hospital is good to me in responding. Overall they are helpful in what they can do for connecting me to the right doctors assisting me at the time.
