Reached Out To The CEO Of My Local Hospital

I've reached out to my local hospital for help getting in touch with the administrative assistant of a surgeon I had a consultation with in October 2017. My phone message to the surgeon's administrative assistant wasn't returned. This is extremely unusual.
The contact I had in the patient relations department has switched roles. I've e-mailed the hospital CEO for help. I don't have the energy to chase this around right now.
Besides my immediate need I've also asked how to now reach the patient relations department. This is what the hospital has setup. I just don't know what changes have recently occurred. I'm confident of a response.
