Submitted Application For Winter Heating Subsidy

I've completed and just delivered my application for the winter heating subsidy. I don't know what will happen with my application. I've received this grant in the past. I am unsure the effect of the inheritance I am receiving will have on my eligibility.
In a cover letter I've summarized the inheritance I am receiving and how I am using it. I am using the inheritance for the bigger picture in my life to break the cycle of poverty my physical disability and chronic pain has created. I am willing to work hard to help myself.
- Pursing self employment is really important to me. There is a set of office equipment and supplies needed for writing books and self publishing.
- Paying down my mortgage is important to me. This changes my cost of living for the better.
- There are tools available (some of what I've purchased) to better manage my physical disability and chronic pain. This amounts to immediately improving my quality of life.
In short I've made a dichotomy between day to day living and the bigger picture. I am hoping the inheritance helps set me on a path that I can do more with my life and be investing what I've learned and the practical skill set that I've developed to manage my physical disability onto others.
