Received Application For Winter Heating Subsidy

In today's mail is an application for a winter heating subsidy. The purpose is to provide affordable housing for low income households within the county. This grant has helped me for the past 5 or so years. It came along at a time when I really badly needed it. I will begin working to complete this and compile the documentation to support my cost of housing.
