An Appointment With A Friend Who Is A Counselor

I've had an appointment with a friend who is a counselor. I am considering an tenant. I needed someone to objectively consider the plans I am making. I am wanting to ensure what I am pursuing is reasonable and likely to be successful. I also wanted input for the practical logistics of having someone living in the shared portions of my home so I am setup for success. The dialogue has been very helpful for me.
