E-Mail Advisory Of The Next Inheritance Installment

I've received an e-mail from the executor of my dad's estate. The next installment of my inheritance is being released. The money will really help me.
I am planning to use this next sum of money towards
- Making a lump sum payment to the principal of my mortgage as part of the mortgage term renewal on December 2nd 2018
- Buying a binding machine for the books I will begin writing and desktop publishing in 2019
- A contribution towards my disability retirement savings where the federal government matches the contribution I make
- Buying the building materials needed for the shed to office renovation
I honestly think this sets me up for success. I think this will give me the best possibility for having an improved quality of life.
