Inquiring Cost Of Importing A High Quality Scooter

I've begun the process of considering a mobility scooter for outside driving. It makes a lot of sense to pursue this. It is a huge challenge keeping the sand, grit, dust and salt my wheelchair tracks into my home kept swept up during the winter. I would distinctly have the use of my wheelchair for inside my home and the scooter outside. It will also give my wheelchair a longer service life.
The biggest short coming of this plan is that the scooter won't be compatible with all the stores I shop at. However many stores offer wheelchairs for customers with physical handicaps to shop in. I need to take an inventory of where and how I will do my shopping if I proceed with this step. There is also the option of making a small cart and upgrading my manual wheelchair with the motor - battery modification allowing me to use it at these stores when I arrive at my destination.
I am working out my options. I am sure I will find the right combination with some thought.
