An Appointment With My Family Doctor

I've had an appointment with my family doctor. As I write this I am not happy with the way it went. I had too long of a list to talk about in the allotted time. A lot didn't go well for me since my last appointment. I had to prioritize what needed to happen today.
Most importantly the paper work has been completed that allows me to bill transportation to the 6 session course I am taking this summer if there is adverse weather and I can't take myself using my power wheelchair.
