Delivered The Renewal Application For My Disability Tax Certificate

I've delivered the renewal application for my disability tax certificate to the Canada Revenue Agency drop box in the city where I live. My family doctor is proposing extending it by 3 years.
There are a few more stretches I'd like to try during the coming months. With the assessments I had in February 2018 these are very unlikely to be successful. I am not interested in pursuing a surgical resolution at this time. With my medical history an operation is way too risky.
Instead I am focusing on my quality of life. I have emassessed a lengthly 'to do' list over the past 3 years. The disability pension I receive isn't sufficient for keeping my bills paid in my day to day life. Clearly my attention needs to be on tending to the needs of my day to day life.
