Loss Of Use Of My Hip Joints

This evening I used the pool as ususal for my physiotherapy. When I arrived home I had lost the use of both my artificial hip joints for about an hour. The muscles supporting my artificial hips are in a very fragile state. I've found this very scary. Obviously tomorrow will be a quiet day as my joints rest.
