Trip To The Emergency Department

My knee pain went severely out of control yesterday at 4PM. I've lost all the progress I've made. The pain in both of my knee joints joint line is becoming severe as soon as I stand up. I couldn't do more than transfers. My evening pain medication didn't resolve this. I reported to the emergency department of my local hospital.
I've just arrived home. The ER doctor helped me. It is going to be a long night. I need to sleep still. I want more than this for my life.
I am working to make my home more friendly to my wheelchair. I am working to make the layout of my furniture as open as possible. It is obvious to me this isn't going away without knee surgery.
