The Referral For Me To Be Assessed Has Been Received By The Surgeon

I've just had confirmation that the referral to the surgeon who will be assessing me next has been received. This particular surgeon went out of his way to assess me in 2011 - 2012. I am hoping he has some ideas for my knee joints.
As part of the referral the plan is for me to prepare a summary of my symptoms and fax it to the surgeon for him to read in advance of my consultation. I will finish working on this over the next 24 hours.
