Delivery Of Glads Pie Baking Dishes

The glass pie baking dishes has arrived. On the weekend I am hoping to make up 2 pumpkin pies (without adding sugar). I am going to use graham crackers for the crust. I wasn't able to get the glass pie baking dishes in time for the Canadian Thanksgiving. What I am reading makes me think this should be a reasonable fruit snack as long as the slices aren't large. I will be able to freeze individual servings once the pie has cooled.
