Purchased Supplies To Better Manage My Health Care Treatment

I just placed an order to obtain materials to make it easier to manage my medical treatment. I have ordered:
An Ottoman: I am going to set this up at my computer. This will be to position my left leg elevated after my knee replacement surgery. Elevating the leg is a passive physiotherapy exercise. Over time gravity uses the weight of the leg to slowly lengthen the ligaments following knee replacement surgery. Over time this is aids in the leg being straight again. As well elevating the leg reduces inflammation. I see the money I spent on this as investing in my recovery.
Pill Tracker: I am on blood pressure medication. I use this each day at noon. I have purchased a pill tracker I will click when I use this medication once a day. This way if I am unsure or had a bad night I will confidently know I am not missing my daily dose. I want to be kind to my heart.
Melatonin: I use 5 mg of melatonin to aid in my sleep. What this does for me is helps me to sleep through pain. When I have been able to stay asleep at night I have the best chance of feeling rested or at a minimum being ready to face a new day. To be fair being in pain uses energy. My pain causing nausea and dizziness is very debilitating. Using melatonin is the bit I have control over to make the best out of my circumstances.
Waterproof Watch: I am making good use of the warm water therapy pool. The waterproof watch will help me time my exercises while I am in the swimming pool. This is to help me focus on the recovery and not the pain created by the recovery process. With it I can be grateful for the amount of time I was able to do stretches for. This also should give me a sense of how I am progressing.
