My Artificial Right Knee Suddenly Loosened While Using The Therapy Pool

I have had another breakthrough with the physiotherapy for my right knee joint replacement. My right knee joint has suddenly become looser. This is the third time this has happened during my recovery. My surgeon explained to me when this happens a bit of scar tissue has let go in my right knee joint. I am not bleeding right now. This is simply the result of the excess amount of swelling following my right knee joint replacement surgery.
