Making Progress With My Physiotherapy

I took an extra dose of pain medication before using the warm water therapy pool for my knee replacement surgery physiotherapy. Then I showed the knee joint that was replaced no mercy. I have worked on it really hard today. I would never tell anyone to do physiotherapy in the way I just did so. It busts all the rules. The silver lining is that I have been able to figure out that I can do more with my artificial knee now compared to before the warm water therapy pool was closed for the 3 weeks of annual preventative maintenance. This means all the pain and suffering I have recently been through courtesy of my artificial knee has been purposeful.
