Purchased More Frozen Meals

I purchased some frozen meals to make it easier to manage my recovery from my right knee replacement surgery. This is for my first week using the Workout Room equipment. What has lead me to use their Workout Room is the city sports facility aquatic center being closed for 3 weeks of annual preventative maintenance. It is simply incredibly how much energy and stamina the recovery is consuming. I need the help getting my meals ready as I work to strengthen and rehabilitate my right artificial knee joint.
