First Use Of Workout Room Following My Knee Replacement Surgery

I have spent the past hour in the city operated sports facility Workout Room. This is the first time I have used it for the recovery of my knee joint replacement surgery. I am tuckered out. I need to go home and have a rest. The good news is that I am able to make my knee joint move with the 2 machines that target knees. Since I am able to make my knee joint move using these machines there will be improvement over time.
I am a bit wrecked from pain. However I have followed the guidance of my surgeon on the amount of pain I should be aiming to experience. This is so a recovery will take place. I am caught in the situation of needing to use a power wheelchair before my operation. Pain will be my companion while I am doing my recovery in their Workout Room. Rehabilitating a knee joint while requiring a power wheelchair is much harder. But I have the will and desire to see this through.
