Tried The Workout Room For My Right Knee Recovery

I came early today just to try the 3 machines within the Workout Room of the facility I have been attending the warm water therapy pool. What I did was about 5 repetitions on each of 3 machines. I needed to see how each felt. This gave me an idea of what to aim for when the warm water therapy pool closes on August 28th 2026 for it's annual maintenance. I have accomplished both. This has gone as well as I could hope for. These machines are able to guide me in similar exercises that I am doing in the pool. I know my surgeon would approve of this. A staff member spent time teaching me how to use each machine. It is a viable plan to use the Workout Room during the 3 week closure of the aquatic center for it's annual maintenance.
