Used The Warm Water Therapy Pool For The First Time Since My Right Knee Replacement Surgery

I have just finished used the warm water therapy pool for the first time since my right knee joint was replaced. It went well enough. This was extremely painful. However strictly measuring this in terms of measuring how this went by the exercises I was able to do this was very successful. This was a good decision. It is going to be very helpful in getting the range of motion back in my right knee joint since it was replaced on April 24th 2026.
I have found the pain created by stretching my right knee joint very difficult to deal with. I have decided I am going to head up to Walmart immediately. I am going to purchase a Bluetooth headset. I am going to need to listen to orchestra music to help me cope with the pain I am putting myself through to rehabilitate my right knee joint. Otherwise without this I honestly don't know how I am going to copy with coming here several times a week. I am trying my best in life. The physical pain of exercising my right knee joint has been some of the worst I have ever had to deal with.
