Spent An Hour With A Physiotherapist For My Assistive Devices Program Assessment
[ Wednesday July 8th 2026 at 2:31 pm ]

I just spent an hour with a physiotherapist. The purpose of the appointment was for the assessment to get the Assistive Devices Program to fund a replacement ROHO cushion for my power wheelchair. I was pleasantly surprised. The physiotherapist wanted to help me with my recovery from surgery. We spent 45 minutes focused on the recover from my right knee replacement surgery I am presently enduring. This was really helpful. This physiotherapist very quickly got in tune with my body. He was able to me for where I am in the recovery from my right knee joint being replaced. I am really pleased. I have some guidance to get me through the next few weeks.
