Sprayed Penetrating Fluid Onto My Power Wheelchair Steam Bearings

I just put penetrating oil (think rust consuming fluid) into the 4 stem bearings on my power wheelchair. The instructions are to tap the rusted bolt - nut for 20 minutes. I just took the wheelchair for a 20 minute drive. Lots of cracks in the road at around 15 minutes the penetrating fluid break through and dripped onto the caster forks (the metal the wheels are bolted onto). The only downside is the off gassing. It is too much for me to have my power wheelchair sit in the house tonight. Tomorrow the power wheelchair goes for a major overhaul. I wanted to make the technicians life a bit easier.
