Compensation From A Juice Order

After I arrived home from the pool two days ago I wanted a glass of apple juice. I had used up the current container and needed to open a new one. The lid of the tetra pac partially came unsealed as I opened it. I unwilling poured a bunch of apple juice on the floor.
The lid of the apple juice says it has recently been re-designed. A few weeks ago I reported a similar breach to the manufacturer. When this happened I sent an e-mail with photographs to the associate who responded to my initial report. I've received a reply. The company is going to send me a coupon to replace the apple juice which was split.
