Renewed My Phone Service For Another Year

I use "voice over IP" for home phone. My provider is MagicJack. I've been using them for about 13 years now. This works really well for me. Since this provides calls and texting I only pay for having data on cell phone. This allows me to make and receive calls using the MagicJack app. In the event I need to call the emergency services 9-1-1 calls are available even when there is no minutes or voice calls paid for. This is working out relaly well well for me.
I just called MagicJack customer service. I have renewed my service for another year. This will be one less thing to think about as I recover from my upcoming artificial hip replacement revision surgery. I am glad this is done. I am trying to get as many of these mundane tasks completed before I have my surgery. When my other artificial hip was replaced in April 2025 it made me very weak. I am going to be going through this all over again as I endure the recovery of my other artificial hip revision surgery. It is really nice getting another chore off of my "to do" list.
