A Friend Gave Me A Dwarf Banana Plant To Look At While I Am In The Tub

In 2020 I purchased a dwarf banana plant. I set it up with a grow light in my upstairs hall. I really enjoyed enjoyed looking at it while soaking my legs in really warm water in the tub. It lasted for 4 years. I wanted to get another one. None were sold locally during the fall and winter months.
A few weeks ago I asked one of my friends if he'd check the local nursery to see if they have any in stock. They did. I asked if he could buy me one and I'd pay him back. Today he has surprised me. He purchased it for me as a gift. I will need to get it transplanted into a larger container and setup in the same spot my previous dwarf banana plant lived.
I have really missed looking at this while I have been in the tub. To be fair I haven't been able to use the tub since my operation. The recovery from this surgery has been horrible. The seroma fluid draining from my incision is wearing me out. This is happening on a cycle of about every 5 days. I think I am presently at the 6th cycle of this. It has been very difficult to co-exist with.
I am planning to purchase some watering globes to ensure my dwarf banana plant gets water on the days I don't water it. I am looking for the style of watering globe that have a large reservoir. I want to make sure my dwarf banana plant is healthy if I am inconsistent using the tub. I expect this will also keep the plant watered while I am in the hospital for my right artificial hip to be replaced in a few months. I am trying my best to get my life back to being normal. The recovery from this seventh time my left hip was operated on has been very unpredictable. I am trying to make the best of it.
