Made It Down To The Water

I just finished being down at the water. It was lovely and very peaceful. I am so glad I did this. The nausea my left artificial hip in hardware failure is creating and now the nausea coming from my right knee joint from it buckling on me 5 days ago has been so hard to co-exist with. But when I am able to spend about 45 minutes at the water I am able to come back home with nothing bothering me and with the ability to be objective about my challenges. It helps me so much. This was time well spent this evening.
