Delivery Of The Hip Anatomy Teaching Model
[ Saturday October 5th 2024 at 12:58 pm ]

The hip anatomy teaching model I ordered has just been delivered. I wasn't expecting it to arrive for another 2 days. I am really happy about this. This is going to be really helpful during the next appointment with my surgeon. I need to be able to show my surgeon where the pain is. The skin around my hip and thigh prevents me pointing to it. Below the skin are the quad muscles. These muscles aren't the source of the pain either. I am glad my body has made me realize this. It is the ligaments that wrap around the hip and keep it stable that are the initial source of pain. The hip anatomy teaching model contains these ligaments. It wasn't making any sense to me why the artificial hip would be biting into my glute muscle. This would only be possible in a very traumatic accident. But the ligaments feeling as if they are being bitten into could legitimately being happening. I don't know what is going to come of this appointment. I trust my hip surgeon. He is easy to talk to. Although I am still concerned. I really could do without this happening. But at least I am able to get help with the situation I have found myself in.
